If you see questions posted by members of the public, please notify the WhatsApp Mutts & Meows group immediately so that we can respond promptly to potential adopters.

Friends of YCAS is a 501(c)3 charitable organization that provides resources to the shelter and maintains a website with information on adoptable pets, ways to help, special events, and community resources. Webpages for adoptable pets are directly linked to Chameleon database (i.e., available animals and their profiles) and AdoptMeApp (i.e., diary widget).
Newspaper
The shelter also promotes our animals and special events in local newspapers, such as Davis Enterprise and Daily Democrat in Woodland.
Newsletter
The Health and Human Resources department posts/shares information about our adoptable pets every week in their County newsletter.
Television
Local television channels (e.g., Fox40, ABC10) occasionally cover special events/news related to our shelter.
