Leadership Roles & Expectations

The goal of the volunteer leadership team is to support the mission of YCAS in measurable ways. Toward continuous improvement of our policies/procedures, this team will meet on a monthly basis with the Director. A list of meeting outcomes will be emailed to all active volunteers within two weeks of each meeting. We expect team membership to evolve with new talent and changing needs/environment.
