Leadership Roles & Expectations
The goal of the volunteer leadership team is to support the mission of YCAS in measurable ways. Toward continuous improvement of our policies/procedures, this team will meet on a monthly basis with the Director. A list of meeting outcomes will be emailed to all active volunteers within two weeks of each meeting. We expect team membership to evolve with new talent and changing needs/environment. To keep focused and results-driven, this team will be limited to 12 members.

Listen to volunteer concerns, steer discussion to the person who can offer resolution, and escalate unresolved issues to the Director.
